We're introducing OIDC in the adapter with Istio in TP11. Therefore, we want customers to be able to enable it via UI or API when Istio is selected as integration option.

Today, it's possible to enable it via API, but we need to re-enable it via UI.

Dev notes

There is a Javascript that disables the selection of OIDC, so just removing it will do the job
Probably check if there is other ruby code, but as far as I remember there is no such check
