This is a UI task
Some time ago we removed the distinction between what we then called tenant accounts and accounts (in ui and docs). That might have been a mistake as it makes it harder to talk about these 2 different types of accounts.

The idea is to restore labels for both:

• tenant accounts (audience > accounts in the master admin portal)
• developer accounts (audience > accounts in the tenant admin portal)
