Current upgrade path documentation doesn't list all the steps needed to successfully upgrade 3scale with Oracle DB to 2.4.

Here are additional steps that need to be made in order to perform successful upgrade:

1) Update 3scale-amp-system-oracle build config to use 2.4 image and run build again.
2) Add ORACLE_SYSTEM_PASSWORD as a env variable to dc/system-app.
