Background:
There is some inconsistency between the APIcast policy names in the UI and the Docs. As examples:

Goals:

• Compare APIcast policy names between the UI and Docs.
• Agree on consistent APIcast policy names between the UI and Docs.
• Apply a consolidated format for APIcast policy names in the Docs, to facilitate reading.
• [stretch goal] As in Docs APIcast policies are alphabetically organized, propose the same for the UI.
