      Steps to reproduce:

      • Go to Service integration > Edit integration settings > Select user_key as authentitication method and save
      • Go to Service integration > Edit APIcast configuration > Authentication settings
      • In credentials location switch back and forth with HTTP Basic Authentication and any other option.

      Result:
undefined is the value of the header

      Expected:

      • We should not display the auth-user-key field and it should not change its value

The same procedure can be applied for other authentication methods: user_key, app_id/app_key and oidc

      • For API key (user_key) authentication, hide the Auth user key section
      • For the APP_ID and APP_KEY Pair authentication
Do not show the sections App ID parameter and App Key parameter
