Document how to delete (tenant) accounts using a tiered set of actions

Delete tenants: the user can delete tenants in controlled way by first marking them as 'scheduled for deletion.' After 15 days, the tenant is actually deleted. During the 15 days, tenants can be unscheduled for deletion. Available actions include:

• Delete an application
• Disable an application
• Schedule an account for deletion
• Undelete an Account
