There are some broken links to documentation in the admin portal due to the recent change to the path in the URL.

Expected behaviour

link_to The quickstart guide no longer exists in the documentation so we should probably change the name and link to https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_3scale/2-saas/html/creating_the_developer_portal/index
