Here's some changes which didn't make it to the release notes pre-GA:
1) Include bug in 'Known issues' section https://issues.jboss.org/browse/THREESCALE-1194
Text: Service deletion fails some times, preventing it to be re-added and discovered in 3scale.
Workaround: Recreate the OpenShift with another name. The app itself does not need to be redeployed.

2) Remove link to internal JIRA issue https://issues.jboss.org/browse/THREESCALE-455

3) Remove the following entries from 'Resolved Issues' (unless at the moment of editing the release notesm their status is 'verified', then just leave):
