Add required Service Discovery settings for Service Account authentication

The section that describes configuration of Service Discovery without SSO should include the required settings to activate the feature as such. Even though these are the default settings when the system is deployed, a customer may have modified them (e.g. while setting up for SSO) and now wants to restore the authentication method back to service_account.
