When activating the new user in the master tenant that has been created by RHSSO - I get an error

      1. Configure the RHSSO for the admin portal
      2. Try to login to the admin portal with existing user using the RHSSO
      3. Get warning that account is not active
      4. Go to master tenant to active the user
      5. Click on activate the user in the users lists
      6. Get an error, but user is activated

      I have found weird behaviour when activating new user that has been created by RHSSO login, I get an error.

      Despite this error account is activated.
