Troubleshooting Zync issues with synchronisation of clients to RH SSO and the events associated like, delete and create actions can be difficult with the current logs.

This request is to add some more verbose logging that would include the following events:

• Client 'xxx' creation started.
• Client 'xxx' creation completed. / Client 'xxx' creation failed, because xxxx.
• Synchronization started.
• Synchronization completed. / Synchronization failed, because xxxx.
• Client 'xxx' deletion started.
• Client 'xxx' deletion completed. / Client 'xxx' deletion failed, because xxxx.
