Capture 3scale admin portal events in logs

The request is to capture the events in the admin portal to track the activities of the admin and members.

Fore example, we can see activities (flash messages) such as 'service A created', 'service B deleted', 'service C edited', etc. It would be helpful if these messages can be printed to any POD log so it can be forwarded to another logging system.
