Analytics per month graph does not display correct month

      When viewing the analytics page for a service and selecting "per month" the labels for each month are confusing.

      Some months are repeated and some months are missing. It looks like the issue is because of UTC to local time zone differences but it is very easy to get confused.

      Please refer to the labels in the attached screenshot.
