Number of applications in breadcrumb conflicts with the actual list

      1. Log in as "admin" in the admin portal
      2. Add a member admin user with member permissions for "Service A"
      3. Create a developer account (or pick an existing one) with an application in "Service B"
      4. Log in as the member user in the admin portal
      5. Go to the developer account from 3
      6. Go to the applications list

      Expected behavior: the list is empty, and breadcrumbs shows "0 applications"

      Actual behavior: the list is empty, and breadcrumbs shows "1 application"

      The the member user of admin portal doesn't have access to some API service, he cannot also see the list of the applications that belong to this service (related JIRA: https://issues.jboss.org/browse/THREESCALE-1116).

      However, in the developer account page the number of applications in the "breadcrumbs" takes into account the applications that are "invisible".
