      Actual result:
      Several hours later, Zync accidentally deleted a client in RH-SSO that corresponded to the step 5, because when the app was deleted, the OIDC issuer url was wrong.

      Zync tries to delete accounts incorrectly in RH-SSO in a particular situation. Refer to Steps to Reproduce and attached c090abd1.log (I did the operations to client id: c090abd1. The file is grepped from my zync pod's log).
