Service Applications

Once inside an Service there should be sub nav item and view that displays the applications subscribing to that service. Navigating to an application should keep you inside the service context and navigating to the analytics of an application too.

A link to such a view already exists on the dashboard. The thing we want to change is the current navigation. admin/apiconfig/services/xxxxxx/applications now activates main applications menu but it should activate a new sub nav item inside the service. (when no service is specified nothing should change from current behaviour)

Would also be a good idea to hide the service column when the service is specified.

We have to distinguish between admin/apiconfig/services/xxxxxx/applications and buyers/application?service_id=xxxxxx. The latter being a result of a search in the generic applications view.
