Currently, the apicast operator will revert any environment variable set to Deployment. 

A request has been made by support team to add new field in CRD to support env var such as APICAST_PATH_ROUTING_ONLY. However, I'd like to avoid adding a new field in CRD for each existing environment variable (we have too many such variables). I think what we could do is loosen the operator logic to allow users to set environment variables in their Deployment
