Motivation

3scale 2.15/2.16 has been validated with Valkey 7.2 as a functional replacement for Redis 7.2. We now need to document Valkey as a supported alternative within the product documentation.

DoD

• Product documentation explicitly lists Valkey as a alternative for Redis.

• Documentation provides clear, step-by-step instructions for migrating or configuring this change.

• Updates are published for both 3scale 2.15 and 2.16 documentation sets.
