I'd like to raise this issue for discussion on the pros and cons of it....as it's pretty well know.

Situation
Out templates don't fully specify the path to the docker images.

So, if the user hasn't installed the Red Hat fork of Docker and added the Red Hat registry, AMP installation fails for them. This is fairly common, and a real bad first experience for people in sales, customers, etc...

Proposal
Fully specify the path to the docker image and allow AMP to be installed, even when running on the standard Docker distribution....and avoid all these bad first experiences....
