"Submit" / "Update Policy" button does not work for any policy in IE 11

      • Open the APIcast Configuration page of an API
      • Add a policy
      • (On 2.2 on-premises) Configure the policy then click Submit button
      • (On SaaS) Configure the policy then click Update Policy button

      Expected result:
      The policy has been configured
      Actual result:
      The policy is not configured, after reload the page, the policy is not listed.

    Description

      Submit button (on 2.2 on-prem) / Update Policy button (on SaaS) of any policy does not work in IE 11.
      When we click "submit" button it turns into "updating..", but no progress, and configuration is not changed.
