I suggest some tweaks to the FAPI policy metadata:

1. It's currently the only policy, whose name starts with "The", I think this is not needed
2. The checkbox labels look a bit weird. The overlap issues is the visualization issue and will need to be fixed separately in System component. But currently the title and the description of the checkbox are repetitive, I suggest to reword them.
