no document about environment variables CONFIG_REDIS_MAX_CONNS/CONFIG_QUEUES_MAX_CONNS for async redis client

      For the async mode to backend redis, there are two environment variables to set the maximum number of connections, one for storage and one for queues:

      • Storage: CONFIG_REDIS_MAX_CONNS
      • Queues: CONFIG_QUEUES_MAX_CONNS

      But these are not documented. Please describe these in the 3scale documents accordingly.
