Right now the Product CR doesn't provide a functionality to create and enable Application Plan features (see https://github.com/3scale/3scale-operator/blob/master/doc/product-reference.md#applicationplanspec).

Features are useful for filtering for specific application plans that provide access for specific products. Unfortunately it is not possible for assign features to products atm.

One of the use-cases is Model-as-a-Service where application plans with features can be used to indicate what AI models are suited for which use-case.
