Options "Validate OAuth 2.0 Mutual TLS Certificate Bound access token" and "Validate x-fapi-customer-ip-address header" of the Financial-grade API (FAPI) policy cannot be set via UI in admin portal.

Steps to reproduce:

• create product with backend
• add The Financial-grade API (FAPI) policy
• click on the FAPI policy in policy chain
• click on the update policy

Workaround:
Set policy with configuration via API.

This bug affects alpha and 2.16 CR.
