In order to update nanoid we had to update @rjsf/core

This gem is responsible for parsing the policies json published at: https://policies.apicast.io/latest/policies.json

That policies json was outdated and it was considered invalid according to the newer version of @rjsf/core. To workaround that, we manually use an older version of the validator.

I requested to fix the errors in the JSON so we are able to use the last validator. Once the file is fixed we should update.
