      A product build for Marin3r already exists in the private konflux deployment: https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/releng/konflux-release-data/-/tree/main/tenants-config/cluster/stone-prod-p02/tenants/api-management-tenant?ref_type=heads

      While the build is passing, the smoke test of deploying Marin3r in a hypershift-provisioned cluster test is currently failing ( see THREESCALE-11579 ). 

      The other thing missing is the ReleasePlanAdmission + ReleasePlan to actually be able to ship Marin3r (probably to quay.io ).  

      Perhaps we also want to move to the public cluster as well.
