Customer has requested the following:
Starting early December 2024, usage metrics (Hits) were not reported from our proxy code due to a bug in it. We want to restore these metrics as backdated transactions from an internal data store we maintain, using the Service Management API (/transactions.xml). There is an optional attribute 'timestamp' within the 'transactions' element of the request, which we want to use to specify the date when the transaction happened (sometime in December 2024). However, the documentation mentions that "Timestamp must be within the following range: 24 hours before and 1 hour after the current time."
Customer would like the ability to send old transactions using the metrics reporting API.
