When user wants to create new field definition for account, user or application using field 'Field from scratch or based on existing field', chosen existing field does not update any field details.
steps to reproduce:
- Login to admin portal
- Navigate to the new field definition for account form (endpoint /admin/fields_definitions/new?fields_definition[target]=Account)
- Select some item from the "Field from scratch or based on existing field" dropdown menu except "[new field]"
