How many resources are required for System components to run?

There is an issue with an on-premises deployment, where system-app pod is killed by OpenShift, because liveness and readiness probe fail. It seems that this happens because it takes too long for the unicorn workers to start.

It looks like there's might not be enough resources for system-app.

We need some guidelines on how many resources are needed for system-app and other System components to work.
