We need to update the version numbers to 2.16 in all cases in `attribute-links.adoc`and `document-attributes.adoc`. This should be done as soon as possible after the last GA when the GitLab repository, and titles and splash pages have been created in Pantheon V1.

So that the build on Pantheon does not fail, you must also update the cloned title for the release notes in the Pantheon Titles, to the correct version number. In this case, 2.16.
