Current behavior:

When Strong passwords feature is enabled for an account, the user's passwords of that account will require a minimum length of 8. This value is fixed and can't be modified.

Desired behavior:

Make the minimum length configurable as per Customer's needs.

Why the need ?

For some customers, a minimum length of 8 for their user's passwords can be considered weak and therefore they need to be able to modify that value so they can increase it.
