WHAT
We need to add validation for various TLS certs, keys, and ACL credentials once the initial work to support them is complete:

THREESCALE-11020 - Redis TLS certs and keys for porta and backend
THREESCALE-11021 - Redis ACL credentials for system and backend
THREESCALE-11156 - DBs TLS certs and keys for porta and zync

We want to do the validation of all of these components in the preflight checks.
