Current issue: 

• Member users with no rights to create API Backends they can still see the button "Create Backend". The same happens with "Create Product".
• Additionally, when selecting the Product that the member user has permission to access to, through Integration > Backends, the member user can still attempt to create a Backend (but it will fail). 
• The access to create Backends confuses the users that doesn't have permissions to create them.

Expected behavior:

• Member users without rights to create backends shouldn't see the buttons to create backends (nor products in the dashboard).
