When creating a new product (creating app plan, app, adding backend etc.) and trying to promote product configuration to staging APIcast. First promotion is working but outdated configuration alert is present and there is still option to promote configuration to staging, but it is not working (there is notification that configuration was updated) - version is not updated. There is workaround - after changing something in configuration e.g. policy and promoting configuration, product working as expected.

Step to reproduce:

1. Create and configure Product (add app plan, app, backend)
2. Go to Integration -> Configuration and try to promote configuration to staging APIcast

Current behavior - Promotion is successful but promote button is still enabled and there is alert about outdated configuration

Expected behavior - promotion is successful and promote to staging button is disabled as there is no change in configuration
