In the past, updating some gems resulted in a huge impact in performance or in memory leaks. Our current pipeline protects us against regressions on most of the supported scenarios, but it doesn't checks for possible impacts in performance and memory usage that new changes could introduce. We should extend the pipeline with a couple of jobs to test for this.
