NB: This is the overall EPIC for the Red Hat 3scale API Management ContentX iniative. All issues related to ContentX are linked here.

The ContentX initiative from CCS aims to enhance the RHCL documentation through feedback and standard content types. The top-level CCS goals of this initiative are as follows: 

1. 1. Identify user stories and pain points (CONTENTX-62)

1. 2. Become familiar with content types (CONTENTX-88) 

2.1. Scope and plan content journeys (CONTENTX-63)

2.2. Scope and plan content improvements (CONTENTX-64)

3.1 Allocate 20% of CY24 bandwidth to completing ContentX work (CONTENTX-65)

This epic will include corresponding RHCL doc Jira tasks for these CCS goals.

Deliverables

• Each CCS team shall create an issue to track the research activity (most commonly a Task or Spike) in their backlog.
• The research activity issue shall be linked to this one in one of the following ways:
  • The research activity issue is a child of this issue. (Use Parent Link.)
  • The research activity issue is linked to this one using the "depends on" relationship. (This issue depends on the team's issue.)
• Each CCS team shall put the findings in the research activity issue or produce a document with their findings and link it to the research activity issue.
