We're currently using Redis Fedora on upstream and RHEL Redis on the downstream.

Fedora are moving to ValKey and RHEL might move there also.

For 2.16 we should check if ValKey images are available from both sources.

Failing that, we're still ok on the current license up to Redis 7.4. 7.2 will most likely be a feasible option for 2.16.
