Currently webhook endpoints only support events for application created/updated/suspended/deleted.

The updated looks like a possible way to react to approvals but it's to inaccurate, because the event is also triggered when a data field / extra field of the application is changed.

The implementation of an endpoint to approve applications is requested by the customer.
