      In section 2.5. Going live of Getting Started guide, the instruction in step1 below is incorrect.

      1. In Audience > Developer Portal > Domains & Access, type a custom domain in the Developer Portal Site field.

      This should be:

      1. In Audience > Developer Portal > Settings > Domains & Access, type a custom domain in the Developer Portal Site field.

      i.e. `Settings` navigation is missing.
