rh-ee-gsaslisl has attempted a build after this bug was discovered, and found the missing `rust-std-static-wasm32-unknown-unknown` https://brewweb.engineering.redhat.com/brew/buildinfo?buildID=2638180 package for ibm s390x caused the build failure. After some digging, based on https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHELCMP-6242, looks like this sub-package was filtered out on s390x purposely. The reason was lld was not supported for s390x.

However, there is new update recent on the llvm upstream to enable the lld on s390x https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/pull/75643. RHEL team now is enable it on rhel9 and rhel10, i.e., https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-28680 and https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-27732.
