WHAT
Manticore is added to 3scale. We need to add support to the Operator

HOW
A new images for SearchD on midstream
The volume needs to be wiped and re-created
A re-index command (rails) needs to be run in the Operator. Given that the operator will be a one-off a Kube Job might be a good fit here.
The SearchD Deployment should not be marked as successful until the Job has successfully run. Meaning, the upgrade should not complete until the Job has run.
