Prevent automatic re-login when users decide to logout and "Enforce SSO for all users of this account" is enabled,

Currently, when a user has enabled the "Enforce SSO for all users of this account" option and there is only one active integration, logging out from the 3scale UI results in an automatic re-entry to the dashboard page while remaining authenticated.

In such cases, we need to display the login page after logout. This change ensures a more user-friendly experience.
