      Step to Reproduct

      Run all the scripts in this repo https://github.com/3scale-labs/3scale-perf-setup to create and product and application
      check the applications in the ui and you will see 2 testApp

      How

      Investigate if this is a reproduce able bug if so debug the Application capabilities code to see if it can be addressed.
