Keep cleaning up cucumbers:

• Remove duplicated steps
• Remove redundant steps in favor of reusing existing ones
• Re-write scenarios in a more BDD style
• Update scenarios under the old/ file
• Remove unused or redundant ParameterTypes
• Improve maintainability, clean code, etc...
• Fix bad designed steps that cause flaky tests
