Command from Configuration page cause apicast to return 403

After promoting to stage (or production) of the application with an application_id with special character (e.g. "{}*~APP1"), configuration page shows "[...]?app_id=%7B%7D%2A~APP1&app_key=[...]" when executing provided curl command, apicast returns 403.

Analytics > "Integration Error" page contains: "application with id="%7b%7d%2a~APP1" was not found"

I think value should stay url-encoded, as it may contain special characters. Otherwise characters like =, & or ? will cause problems in url parameters.
