To configure graceful shutdown of apicast, terminationGracePeriodSeconds need to be adjusted accordingly in order to avoid to be killed by OCP during preStop hook which may take a time.

Currently it can't be set by APIManager/APICast CR and the deployment configs must be updated manually for this which would cause a subsequent pod rollout.

terminationGracePeriodSeconds for apicast should be able to set via APIManager/APICast CR.
