The following error was observed in the developer portal after migrating to reCAPTCHA v3:

ThreeScale::BotProtection::Form#site_account delegated to template.site_account, but template is nil

How to reproduce:

1. Create a new page for the developer portal
2. Copy the source from the login screen (Login -> New)
3. Publish the page
4. Visit the page, the error above shouldn't appear
