Do we release in parity with productized builds i.e. release when patches are done?
Do we release before or after productized builds.
What are the steps to perform the release.

We need to consider the upgrade path of the operator and the value in the CSV
Document the process including the timing of when we should do the community build.
I think it's best to do the community after QE sign off but before full productization.
