There can be 11 phases (post-read, server-rewrite, find-config, rewrite, post-rewrite, preaccess, access, post-access, try-files, content, log) when Nginx handles a request.

The policy order in Apicast (including Conditional Policy) defines evaluation of a request by Apicast. But sometimes the result doesn't seem to be right if we do not consider the Nginx evaluation phases. Also using of Conditional Policy should consider these phases to be used correctly.

Proposal:
Show in UI and document list of phases used in each predefined policy so it will be easier to create more complicated Policy chains in Apicast.
