Unable to display an application via Product > Analytics > Top Applications in Admin Portal

      In Admin Portal, when navigating Product > Analytics > Top Applications and then click any application which is shown under the graph in right pane, it fails to display with 404 error.

      At that time , the error like the following happens in system-app's log.

       ActionController::RoutingError (No route matches [GET] "/apiconfig/services/SRERVICE_ID/applications/APPLICATION_ID"
